Joanna Fussey

Joanna trained at Italia Conti Stage School, and appeared in her first Pantomime at the age of 17 playing Prince Charming in “Cinderella” at Darlington Civic Theatre with the Second Generation dance company. From then on Joanna went into comedy acting in a show called ‘Get Some In’ staring Robert Lindsey and Tony Selby. Then lots of variety shows on TV, The Benny Hill Show, Little and Large, Cannon and Ball, Bruce Forsythe’s “ Play your Cards Right” Joanna was then asked to be Principle singer in a revue show at “The Talk of the Town” in London for 2 years, followed by the Bristol Old Vic Theatre, playing Gymnasia in “Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” Joanna also had a career as a fashion model in the 80’s, doing catwalk shows all over the world and in 2012 appeared in a promotional film for River Island, for London Fashion Week. As well as having appeared in many TV commercials and Idents (She is still mowing the Lawns for the BBC!!)
